Upper Midwest District Council
The Upper Midwest District Council serves as the 12th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International Inc. (PCAFI). We have expanded from three to eleven churches, and now operate in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska.
